Philanthropic Legacy Continues for Future Generations

Li Foundation (LIF) had the honour to host Mr Keith Chua, a trustee and founder of the Mrs Lee Choon Guan Trust Fund, established in honour of his late great-grandmother, Mrs Lee Choon Guan. Mrs Lee Choon Guan’s charitable works include education for women and girls, which inspired Mr Chua to develop the Asia Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and Philanthropy (ACSEP).

As an advocate for mental well-being, Mr Chua founded the Caring For Life (CFL) with Dr Sally Thio and Mr Hsieh Fu Hua, a charity which aims to establish a community approach to suicide prevention. CFL is a sponsor/partner of the Mental Health Film Festival Singapore (MHFFS), a Singapore-registered charity and serves as a transformative force within Singapore’s mental health ecosystem, championing awareness, education, and advocacy through innovative film-based initiatives. MHFFS is the regional partner of LIF for Inspiring Asia Micro-Film Festival Singapore 2025 with this year’s theme being ‘Youth Mental Well-Being’.

LIF firmly believes in the power of collaborative philanthropy and will continue to engage and work with local and international charitable organizations, integrating them into our ecosystem.
